Note: "Pickup" is the service of collecting a shipment from the sender's address and bringing it to an EMU office. The shipment then continues under the "To Home" or "To Office" tariff.

Steps

Place a request

Submit a request for the "Pickup" service and provide your address.

Courier arrives

The courier comes to your address at the scheduled time and collects the shipment.

Brought to office

The shipment is brought to the EMU office and continues under the chosen tariff.

Delivery cost is divided into 5 zones by distance. The farther the zone, the higher the tariff.
