Insurance Tariff

The safety of your shipment is our top priority. When sending valuables, electronics, important documents and goods, use the declared-value (insurance) service to protect against unexpected risks.

How insurance works

Optional. Declaring value and insuring is not mandatory — it is done only at the sender's discretion.
Real value. The declared sum must not exceed the item's actual market value or the amount on the receipt (invoice).
Mandatory inventory. All declared-value shipments are accepted after being checked against an inventory list (invoice).

Insurance tariffs and terms

To insure a shipment, an insurance fee is added to the base delivery tariff.

Key conditions

500 000UZS — minimum declared sum for insurance

1%of the declared sum — EMU insurance service fee

Insurance fee

The fee is set at exactly 1% of the total declared insurance sum.

Example: If the shipment value is 1,000,000 UZS, the insurance fee will be 10,000 UZS.

Adding insurance in an online order

Personal account

Fill in details

Specify the weight, dimensions and type of cargo.

Enable insurance

Activate the "Declared-value shipment" (Insurance) toggle.

Enter the sum

Enter the item's real value in UZS (at least 500,000 UZS).

Add a description

Clearly describe the contents (e.g. iPhone 15, 1 pc.).

Confirm the order

Show the open parcel to the courier; they check it against the list and print the waybill.

How and when damages are reimbursed

Total loss

100% of the declared and documented insurance sum is refunded.

Partial damage

Compensation is paid in the amount of the actual damage (but not exceeding the declared sum).

Full payout within 3 business days

From the moment all documents are submitted and the claim is confirmed, the compensation is paid in full to the client.

Important

If the shipment is not insured (value not declared), compensation for loss or damage is limited to the minimum base tariff under the company's internal offer agreement.

Filing a claim

In case of an unexpected situation (damage or loss), take the following steps immediately:

At the time of receipt, draw up an Act in the courier's presence.
Contact the customer support service.
Provide the waybill, payment receipt and documents confirming the item's value.
