To insure a shipment, an insurance fee is added to the base delivery tariff.

Log in to your account or open the courier-call section on the site.
Specify the weight, dimensions and type of cargo.
Activate the "Declared-value shipment" (Insurance) toggle.
Enter the item's real value in UZS (at least 500,000 UZS).
Clearly describe the contents (e.g. iPhone 15, 1 pc.).
Show the open parcel to the courier; they check it against the list and print the waybill.
100% of the declared and documented insurance sum is refunded.
Compensation is paid in the amount of the actual damage (but not exceeding the declared sum).
If the shipment is not insured (value not declared), compensation for loss or damage is limited to the minimum base tariff under the company's internal offer agreement.
